This publication reports a four-round Delphi consensus involving 15 international experts across 11 countries, focusing on establishing guidelines and prerequisites for the use of ultrasound imaging both prior to and during aesthetic injectable procedures. The aim was to improve safety, particularly in areas with elevated risk of vascular complications, and to standardize clinical practices in aesthetic medicine through expert agreement.
